Every output is an estimate based on the values you enter and is not a quote, an approval, or a commitment to lend, nor financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Use is at your own risk; verify all figures with your loan team before relying on them.

Term sheets & proposals. A term sheet or scenario generated here is an illustrative, indicative proposal only and is not a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a rate lock. Every program carries a minimum earned-interest provision of three months — an interest floor (not a prepayment penalty): if the loan pays off before three full months of interest have been earned, the remaining balance of that minimum interest is due at payoff. Final terms are set by the executed loan documents after full underwriting.

Construction draws. Construction and rehab draw requests for funded loans are handled through an independent third-party draw-management portal operated by Sitewire. That portal is operated by Sitewire, not by YS Capital Group, and its own terms and privacy practices govern information you submit there.
